About Caritas Care
Our History
In 2013, after recognizing that many patients did not have access to after-care needs, such as stable housing, nutritious meals, therapy, or assistive devices, Mr. Li was inspired to establish C.A.R.I.T.A.S. Care, a nonprofit organization to assist recovering, low-income men and women to lead more independent lives. To date, C.A.R.I.T.A.S. Care has delivered free food to many homes in San Diego and assisted more than 300 San Diegans.
